After taking us to almost 100 showings, at any date and time, and having lost multiple bids, Ken was able to help us secure the house of our dreams in this super tough market. He is responsive, there for you at any date or time. You would be lucky to have Ken as your agent! Believe the hype- he's the best in town.
My property sold very quickly in the very competitive Austin market all while I was in Dallas moving into a new house. She’s a polymath, a one-woman machine! She became thoroughly informed about the property inside and out, explained and handled contracts, disclosure and supporting documents, advised on cosmetic updates and managed contractors. She created demand for my property that brought in multiple offers though her hands on staging, landscaping, stunning photography, a direct-mail flyer and listing on websites. People responded immediately. But Tamsen made them all wait until after the sparkling open house weekend she put on. The offers came just like she predicted, and Tamsen closed the deal exceeding my expectations! I’m recommending Tamsen Reed to everyone I know in Austin that want to get a move on with their life!"
Danielle comes highly recommended. Thanks Danielle for all you do.
We feel so lucky to have found him! He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, smart, thorough, detail oriented, positive, the list goes on and on. We met Ken a few months ago, and have looked at so, so many homes with him. Last week we closed on our dream home and couldn't have felt better about having him guiding us along in the process. This was the first time we had actually bought a home, and we didn't have to worthy about a thing. He has so much experience with buying homes, selling homes, home remodels, home maintenance, and he helped us think through every detail. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thank you Ken, so much, for all that you have done for us!
I found Patricia on Facebook and from the moment I spoke with her I knew she’s was the right realtor for my husband and I. She was patient, kind and real. She made sure we understood everything. Even if we had to ask the same question 10 times. I felt we were in great hands the entire time. Patricia you are a warrior! You motivate me to want to follow my dreams and become a realtor. We can’t thank you enough!!
She has an excellent eye for design and can see what most others can’t. She is always professional, fun to work with, and most of all, timely."
I’ve never experienced anyone with such determination to go above and beyond expectations when it comes to the houses she shows and making clients happy. I am amazed at her attention to detail to all things. Houses shown by her are always clean inside, lightly staged, and accommodates to our personal wants (like delicious snacks!). She is not afraid to be honest with you and is always quick to make adjustments that will fit your wants if needed which I really appreciate. It’s hard to find someone that you feel is *truly* listening to you, so I was extremely happy to find that Tamsen has my best interest in mind. Hands down she is best realtor there is in the Austin market. Nobody is doing it quite like her."
Ken and his team seem to understand the aesthetic, appeal, inventory, and availability of "mid-century modern" homes like no one else in the Bay Area real estate business. Particularly if you are a Bay Area Eichler seller or aspiring Eichler buyer you certainly can't do any better than seeking out Ken Fox to represent you. When Ken put our base-model Walnut Creek Eichler on the market it rapidly drew multiple offers. We gladly accepted a great over-asking offer from a family for whom our house was a perfect fit. Win-win for us and the buyers... Contact Ken!
She really pays attentions to what she is doing and helped me complete several projects while working together. I know she applies these traits in her real estate career. I would recommend her to anyone looking for guidance or assistance.
Ken and his team visited houses and took videos for us. Brought us to houses and pointed out the good and the bad so that we knew what we were getting into. Went the extra mile when it came to helping us do all of the due diligence and set up all of the inspectors as well as follow up on the next steps to make sure that the open items were on their path to completion. We have worked with other Realtors in the past but this was a differentiated A+ experience that I think almost anybody would be very satisfied with. If you're thinking about purchasing a home and you want the honest answers about what you're getting into and you want this type of customized support I would choose Ken and his team.
Ken Fox won us over; he provided concrete ideas to improve the house and make it ready for the market, had the support of a well-established agency, and was knowledgeable, confident and organized. Ken was very involved from the get go and we were made to feel like we were his only client. He responded to our questions quickly and seemed to always be available when we needed him. He brought in a stager and together they gave us some great ideas for colors and furniture placement. Ken recommended a handy man that did quite a bit of work around the house and yard at a fair price and with excellent results. Ken worked hard to make our timeline work and was extremely accommodating. The sale of our home went off without a hitch and was really quite stress free. He took the reins and made everything happen pretty seamlessly. We could not have been happier with our choice in agents. He's also just a really nice guy. We would recommend Ken Fox wholeheartedly.

He is well versed in the home buying process and knows the Austin area very well. He was a key player in getting us into our dream home despite the tough competition out there.
Ken was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, especially since we had to sell our Jack London Square condo while living out of state. He went the extra mile, took care of every detail (big and small) and was a sincere pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and sell in the east bay.
I've never seen my house look so great. After looking at his presentation of my house, I almost didn't want to sell it caus of how appealing he made it look. From top to bottom it was a fully professional experience and I highly recommend using Ken for your real estate needs. A+++++
When it came time to list our own home for sale, a fully restored and modernized Eichler, there was no doubt that we'd list with Ken. But dealing with Ken as a seller was even more impressive than we had imagined. Sure, he knows the real estate side of things. Comps, when to list, when to have open houses, whether to consider a preemptive offer. But it's in the tiny details, the intangibles, that Ken shines, things you haven't thought of, no matter how detailed you might be. During the pre-sales process, he brought in a fabulous stager that made our place look great. He recommended a handyman to help me finish last minute projects that added value. He suggested several changes that were on point, and gently pushed us to make those changes, even the ones I resisted. During the photo and video shoot, he literally became the art director, guiding the shots exactly the way he wanted to view them. Another reviewer says that Ken made him want to buy his own house, and that is so true. In that way, I kind of regret selling, but Ken helped us get top dollar for our property, and I cannot recommend him enough.
He made the whole process super easy. And he ultimately got us $10,000 over ask.
We had met Ken at a few neighborhood open houses and always liked his demeanor, professionalism, the way his houses were staged, and, more than anything else, the fact that he was passionate about Eichlers and modern homes in general. When we talked to him about representing us, not only did he understand what he was selling, but he also knew what the buyers would be expecting. There are so many realtors who see Eichlers as just another house that sells itself. But not Ken. He knows his market, and he knows his houses. And he knows how to market it to reach the buyers. We were fortunate that he and his stager liked our house and its furniture, so there wasn't much to stage. However, the suggestions they made were spot-on. And the things we couldn't do ourselves they had fantastic people who could do them - quality work for a reasonable price. We completely trusted Ken and his team and it paid off. As is typical for the market, the sale was quick and thanks to Ken the sale price far exceeded our expectations. Throughout the whole process, Ken was professional, honest, reassuring, calm, calming (for us), and a pleasure to work with. If you want to sell your modern gem, talk to Ken and East Bay Modern first. You will have peace of mind in knowing that the sale of your home will be in great hands.
I would work and recommend working with Danielle Ashmeade without any hesitation.
He wasn't my broker, he was truly my friend thoughout the entire process of selling my home. Ken possesses and looks for only serious attention to detail, He will tell you...He ONLY WANTS WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU... he provided a truely bitchen film and photography marketing crew that made me want to buy my own home. This guy went beyond my expectations and got me WELL over asking for me. Renee Adelmanns' team is TOP NOTCH. Why would you consider another firm?
From the first time I called Patricia asking for her help purchasing a home, she provided very useful advice, such as how to propose an initial offer and considering various aspects of the home to include in negotiations. This easily saved me thousands of dollars. In addition, she recommended an inspector who walked me through the home pointing out concerns, which helped me gain a better understanding of home construction and repairs that may be needed. Throughout the process, Patricia was very responsive, usually responding within minutes of my texts, and being very flexible on call times. After the closing on the home, she also helped me save a lot of money on an ADT system via a referral benefit, in addition to providing recommendations for other home services I may need. I also liked that she took nice photos during the closing, which will be great to help me remember my first home purchase. I'd highly recommend Patricia, and will be recommending her to friends in Austin when they're looking to purchase a home.

Ken Fox not only gets it, he lives it! We were very fortunate to have Ken help us sell our home. He is very professional and a real confidant. We've met other realtors that seem to be more interested in gossip than actually working on selling our house. Ken is straightforward with a calming demeanor. He knows Eichlers, from architects, history, to floor plans, and radiant heat - he ensures the details are covered when selling your home so there are no surprises later on. He set timelines for when things should happen, so plan accordingly and communicate your needs/wants. Before Ken came along Eichlers in Concord were not even on the radar, but with his help, marketing materials, floors plan mock ups, great photography, drone shots, 3D floor plans... He's elevated the way Concord Eichlers are perceived. The community of Eichler owners are passionate and Ken is a realtor that reflects that ethos. We hated to leave our wonderful community but Ken's presence and smooth service really helped the transition. All we can say is thank you!!
