I am more than honored to announce NextHome Modern’s first ever Agent of the Year -  Patricia L. Williams.

Patricia joined us at the beginning of 2022 and learned of a serious cancer diagnosis that required immediate rounds of treatment shortly thereafter.

Not only did Patricia attend live office meetings and corporate trainings via Zoom while plugged into chemo from the hospital, she didn’t miss a beat serving her clientele: still listing homes as a sellers agent, representing buyers, and securing leases for investors after representing them as buyers. She did so with tenacity, rarely mentioning the tiredness and pain she was going through personally and on top of that she actively served as President of ABREP and on the Austin Board of Realtors Diversity Committee.

Congratulations Patricia L. Williams on a fantastic year of courage, faith, determination and victory!
